✨ Perfect for South Indian Kitchens — Whether it's a Basavanagudi weekend breakfast of thatte idli and chutney, or a festive spread of mini idlis with 7-spice sambar, this set handles every classic.
✨ Healthier Cooking, Naturally — Steaming preserves nutrients better than frying or boiling. With this set, healthy breakfasts become the easy default, not an effort.
✨ Restaurant-Soft Idlis at Home — The even triply heat and properly-sealed lid create the exact steam pressure that makes idlis fluffy, not dense or rubbery.
✨ One-Pot Cleanup — After idlis are done, use the same kadai to make sambar or chutney. Fewer vessels = less washing = more Sunday morning peace.

🧼 Care Guide
First Use:
Wash all pieces — kadai, lid, idli plates, thatte idli plates, mini idli plate, and steamer plate — with warm water and mild dish soap. Dry thoroughly before first use.
Before Steaming Idlis:
Lightly grease the plate moulds with a few drops of oil or ghee. This prevents sticking and makes the idlis slide off effortlessly.
Daily Cleaning:
Hand-wash all plates with a soft sponge and dishwashing liquid. Dishwasher safe, but hand-washing keeps the mirror polish intact longer.
Stubborn Batter Residue:
Soak the plates in warm soapy water for 10 minutes, then scrub gently. Never use steel wool — it scratches the surface and creates spots where batter sticks more easily next time.
