SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free on all product orders above Rs. 2000/- except for a few products like spares and accessories.

United Metal Emporium uses the best carriers in the business like FedEx, Delhivery, etc to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page, you'll see your item description, price, and delivery timing. Our courier partners do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays in their guaranteed delivery time.

We ship most of our products via surface economy modes and items are shipped from Bangalore. It will take 3-7 days for delivery of the products. Covid-19 may cause delays in delivery.

Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be emailed the tracking information. Tracking information is available within your account. Also address correction is not available once the item is shipped. Please note, in case of a wrong phone number then the buyer will be liable for forward and return shipping charges. Delivery during covid-19 will happen mostly on OTP-based pin in most of the locations.

If no one is available to receive the package, it would be returned to its origin.

Our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. Please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing your order. 

It is your responsibility to verify that your address is complete and accurate. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room, or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order.
